We use durum semolina to give our pasta the perfect texture. To create our delicious fillings we use local cheeses and quality meats. Our equipment gives us the flexibility to roll our pasta dough to the thickness we need to keep the shape yet have a tender bite when cooked. We use a quick frozen method which preserves the integrity of our ingredients that locks in freshness and tastes like it was made in your kitchen.
Our ingredients lists are clean, no additives or preservatives added, and our pasta fillings offer a good balance of carbohydrates and protein. Add a little olive oil, butter or sauce, serve with a side dish of salad and you have a complete meal on the table in minutes.
